When the buyer purchases the products he/she officially instructs the seller to ship the products on his behalf to the destination provided by the buyer.

SHIPPING POLICY AND COSTS To ensure that our products reach you at optimal conditions, each delivery (8 packs of 20 cigarettes each (i.e. 160 Cigarettes),is wrapped with a custom made hard cardboard box, and sealed in a specially designed plastic shrink cover. Each package is shipped to you separately in order to comply with international postal regulations and standards, e.g. if you ordered 5 cartons, your order will be shipped to you the same day, but may not arrive simultaneously. You may receive each carton on a different day, some cartons may arrive the same day.
The average delivery time is between 5- 10 business days to countries worldwide. Airmail costs are included in the purchase per product. On rare occasions, e.g. holiday season´s rush, some orders may experience a slight delay.

To avoid confusion, please note that your credit card statement will read the names of the cc processing companies we work with.
If you pay through Visa, your monthly statement will read the amount you pay us.

RETURN POLICY In the event you are asked to pay any taxes, you may refuse to accept the packages and they will be sent back to us. We guaranty to issue you a refund for the returned goods less shipping fees upon their arrival. Please note that even in such case when you are asked to pay taxes, your total costs (product cost + shipping cost + duty tax) will still be substantially lower than the regular retail price in your country. Credits are only approved for unopened orders that are returned as denied-orders upon delivery and that are not signed for.
Upon product return, please email us (southafricancigarettes@gmail.com), and state your order number and reason for the return.
If due to some reasons you decide to cancel an order when it has already been shipped out, you will be still charged for shipping and handling costs (4.50 Euro per each carton). A refund will be issued to your credit card once your parcel reaches our warehouse (this may take up to 30 days depending on your location).

CHARGEBACK POLICY: Taking into account the fact that our cigarettes are shipped from South Africa, we would like to warn you about possible delays. We kindly ask you to get in touch with us immediately whatever problems might occur and not to cancel transactions by filing disputes with your credit card company. If there is any kind of problem we will always seek a solution resulting in either a refund or a replacement of your order.
It's worth mentioning that such unjustified measures force us to refuse future purchases from customers attempting or threatening to do so. If you place an order in our store you agree on our established policy and rules and should you have any troubles you are obliged to inform us primarily. Otherwise, disputes will be contested.
