F.A.Q's
- Is it legal?--Yes. You can purchase a limited number of cigarettes from overseas without paying any tax or DUTY as it is called. For example: 200 cigarettes=one carton. If you purchase 4 cartons they will come in 4 different packages.
- Is it safe?--Yes. I've been purchasing for 5 years now with no problems.
- Is it fast?--No. It usually takes between 5 and 10 days to receive an order from us.Airmail Delivery to your Address is already included in the Price you see.
- Where are the Cigarettes made? Some in Europe, but most are made in S.A.
- Are they first quality cigarettes? Yes. Either class A or the European equivalent.
- Are they fresh? Yes--As good or better than in your country.
- How is customer service? Excellent! You can contact us by email, to sort out any queries/problems you might have.
- How do I pay? You can pay currently only using ALERTPAY or Direct Bank Deposit into UK RBS Account.(UK Customers only) We will be adding new Payment Gateways soon.
- How much is shipping? Shipping is free.To take advantage of South African Airmail Rates to the Rest of the World we sell our Cigarettes in Quantities of 8 Packets ( 300 gr )
- Where do the cigarettes come from? We ship directly from South Africa.
- Payment:--Due to policy changes in all the major payment providers, i.e. Paypal, Nochex and Moneybookers, we are only able to accept payments via Direct Bank Transfer. If you have access to online banking then you will be able to complete your transaction online, however, you will be able to take our Bank details to any branch of a Bank and complete the transfer in person if preferred. When transferring monies to our account, it is important that you include either your name or order number as a reference so that we are able to identify individual orders. Payments can take up to 3 working days to clear and upon clearing in our account you will be notified via email.
- Who can Buy?--Anyone within Europe can purchase from our store but all products purchased from our store must be for personal use only and NOT FOR RESALE. Please note WE DO NOT SHIP TO AMERICA.
- How Soon Will I Receive My Goods?--As soon as your payment has been verified we will email you to confirm this and your goods will arrive within 7 days.
- How Are Goods Sent?--We only ship goods through insured Airmail with tracking number provided. All packages are fully trackable online until they leave S.A.
- Why this Site? Smoking is Bad for you, but if you have made the Adult Choice to smoke you should be able to shop for best prices.
